Brian Staufenbiel serves as the Creative and Stage Director for Opera Parallèle in San Francisco. He was Stage Director for Minnesota Opera’s 2018 production of Das Rheingold as well as Stage Director for their Fall 2019 production of Elektra. In February he will serve as Consulting Stage Director for Minnesota Opera’s Flight, a production which he originated at the opera’s premiere at Opera Parallèle.
